King Arthur has the best GF flour options
As someone with Celiac, I've tried so many brands, and this is by far the best. Works great for waffles, pancakes, crepes (more milk). Can add ingredients, orange/lemon zest, berries, cinnamon, for different flavors. Consistent, fast, easy. Their other floors are great too and BEST brownies mix by far. King Arthur is the best GF 1:1 you'll find.

Best mix ever!
We were so pleased with this pancake mix. Easy to mix up. Cooked just like regular pancakes. But more importantly, they taste like regular pancakes. Best gluten free pancakes ever!

Gluten Free can be better than you think
Not a big fan of Gluten Free products and was given this exact brand last year by a family member. I loved it. So much so that I threw away the mix I had in the house. Simple to make wonderful tasting pancakes. I liked it so much that I bought this one after the gift package was gone. Much better than non-gluten free brands of mix that I used to get.

Best GF Pancake Mix
As a celiac, I can tell you that being gluten-free, I have never once gotten sick from any kind of contamination, and even my husband who is not gluten-free prefers this over some of the regular gluten ones that he eats. The texture is actually delicious and is super easy to make. I personally usually do one egg and some water or milk and don't use the oil because of the calories, but my husband follows the recipe as is and loves it!
