Great addition to the meta quest 3š
Looks good, charges efficiently. Yes it does not come with a power brick but you can still use the 18w plug provided with your meta quest 3. You can opt in for a 45w one from anker which is fairly affordable and get the max charging benefits of this as I do. The headset platform leans forward and back to accommodate for the battery head strap. Also, I did how ever have an issue with one of the remote batteries but I fixed it by pushing the reset button on the battery itself in a tiny hole similar to a cim card hole. The battery does not seem to hold charge and is an issue so Iām issuing a replacement Other than that great! Recommend. **Will update after I receive replacement**.Update: I got my replacement and everything works as it should now. No complaints. Handles the charge well and also charges my external battery. With a 3rd party elite strap *Updated photo*.

Been working just fine for me, glad I got it
I've had this charging dock for approximately 3 weeks. Yes, it's a bit pricey, still glad I got it. It's been working fine for me. It has a low profile and sits nicely on a shelf under my TV. I saw one review that said it has no cord. It does come with a cord (which is inside a smaller box where the batteries are), but no charging block so if you're not plugging it into a USB port you will need a charging block. The Quest hand controllers need to go on the correct side of the dock (right on right and left on left) or they won't charge. If you put the controllers on the wrong sides the lights will blink from amber to green, amber to green repeatedly. There is a white protective strip covering the lights that needs to be removed. I know this sounds obvious; I only mention it because I thought I saw a review that said there are no lights & I wondered if they left the protective paper on by accident. There are 3 lights along the bottom...they are amber when charging and then turn green when the controllers and headset are charged. I don't have any problem seating the headset. Occasionally, I will place the headset and don't get it lined up correctly, but I just tip the headset forward slightly and then it always lines right up. I only have the original straps that come with the Quest so I can't say if there is a problem charging the controllers with the comfort straps on. I'm happy with it and it's been working for me without any problems.

Charger for Meta quest three headset
This charging dock is perfect. It charges exactly like it should and your headset looks nicer sitting on it, then just laying on the table

I tried the cheaper non oem. These best by far
The OEM version includes the battery packs for the handheld, and all three of the devices are wireless charging. Not so with non oem and they have charging issues too. Try to get these for $99

Waste of money
I've had this charging dock for about 2 months now and here are my thoughts. This is at best a 1 star product. It's nice...when it actually works. For $130 you get the dock, 2 rechargeable batteries for the controllers and a USB-C to USB-C cable. To use the dock you need to connect the USB cable to a 18w to 45w charger, All my phone and tablet chargers maxed out at 15w. So I had to use a leftover Apple thunderbolt charger for a laptop to run the dock. The only 18+w charger I have is for my Pixel dock and I am not giving that up. I have an Anker 20w charger coming in this weekend to see if that will meet the needs of this thing. The central part of the dock is for the headset and it's flexible, This means if you have any kind of aftermarket headset like the Bovo head strap the headset will fall back and not touch the pogo pins and thus not charge the headset. I have to keep the dock by a wall so I can set the Bovo head strap and just the right angle to put enough pressure on the headset so it can charge in the dock. Any slight adjustment to angle and the charging stops. This can also lead to the headset turning itself back on since the power cuts in and out to charge and then you have a dead headset that was running while the battery wasn't charging. Good thing the Bovo battery packs install quick and are always ready. The controller dock positions and angles are terrible. I purchased the meta replacement straps so the straps go around my knuckles and not my wrist. I went this path instead of using my old VR cover holders because I wanted the wireless charging of this dock. You need to place the controllers correctly into the dock and they will vibrate indicating they connected to the dock to start charging. This vibration can shift the controllers a little and then you're no longer charging as the connection was broken for wireless charging because the angle slightly changed and now things don't exactly line up.One of the biggest pain in the ass about this dock is the right side controller position. If you are someone who purchased the Bovo head strap and something like the SoundCore Quest 3 wireless earbuds, you have just a few millimeters of clearance between the stacked USB-C port of the headset with the connectors and the right controller dock. I have lost count the number of times I have had the headset in place (and charging) and then I put the right controller in the docke and when it vibrates it knocks itself and the headset out of alignment. Resulting in me battling between the perfect balance between getting the headset aligned along side the right controller.I pop onto Amazon to see if there is a 3rd party charging dock that can do the same thing. If I can find one that works even 5% than thing than I am getting that 3rd party option and tossing this dock right into the garbage.

Quality control issues?
Used mine a few times since I got the docking station and one of the batteries seems to be having an issue.Thought it was the controller itself at first, but when I tried a normal battery?Presto, no more disconnecting controller. The rechargeable batteries were fully charged. For the price I'd expect better quality control. Returned this for a replacement.I hope the replacement doesn't have the issue.
