My hubby is a not into technology and the App was a daunting prospect. This makes his life easy.

The advert on Amazon says that the controller is ready to use out of the box but it didn't. Possibly some adjustment to the Sonus Ray software is needed but as there are no instructions included with the controller, how would the buyer know?

This little gadget is far better than fighting Elexa for the volume level, the increase in volume between programmes and advertisements is getting ridiculous, this control allows instant volume off, who want to listed to the adds anyway.

I order this remote, simply as I don’t always want to be on my phone and for someone with finger issues the slide control isn’t easy on the app.At first I didn’t think it was working, there’s no light twinkle nor a volume control come up on the tv. But I kept my button down and woh up went the sound loud and clear.So it worked, for my Sonos beam.

Does what it's says.but very expensive.

Ideal if you don’t have ARC for your TV surround set up

Works, and then doesn't, changed the battery and worked twice and then didn't. Utter rubbish a bin job.
