Added probiotics
I have tried other psyllium husk capsules without the probiotics which are also pretty good, but the added probiotics give this one a little something extra. Very good for the gut and saves me having to take an extra pill with it being all in one.

My husband had a Wipples procedure 8 years ago and has suffered constant stomach pains every since. He was prescribed Nomacol by the doctor but this is no longer available, so we have been looking for an alternative for the last couple of months. He's only been taking the Psyllium Husk Fibre for 3days for already there is a 100% improvement, he hasn't had any severe stomach for the last 3 days and he is now able to go to the loo on the regular basis. I think this will be in our medicine cupboard for many years to come, can't recommend this highly enough.

Great for healthy poos!
2 weeks of taking these and my trips to the toilet have never been better! It’s the highest dose of psyllium husk I’ve found and the other 5 ingredients really help your body digest faster

Good, but experiment with dosage
I find these work for me, improving ease of passage and softness. But you need to find how many capsules work for you. Some of us need more fibre so 3-4 capsules a day gets things moving more easily.
