Why did you pick this product vs others?:Well I got this dehumidifier for my small one bedroom apartment based on some reviews I saw and the fact that it should cover the small area here of 622 square feet. It always gets really humid inside my apartment during the summer. I live in Florida. So I’ve had it for 4 days and the tank was full of water and I had to dump it already! Based on that it seems like it’s doing the job! I haven’t really noticed much of a difference just yet, but I can see that it’s working and will give it some time.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love this product! It is getting very hot outside, which in turn creates humidity indoors. The best and easiest way to keep the house cooler is to remove the humidity. This product works amazing, straight out of the box, within a few hours already had a cup or so of water extracted. Just gives the home a cleaner feel without the mugginess associated with summer. Highly rated, I bought a second one to add to another part of the house. No regrets!

If you have a small space such as a bedroom this is a nice little dehumidifier. It’s quiet and does a decent job.I would prefer:1. a mechanical on/off switch so if (when) power goes off and back on the unit will restart.2. a “tank full” light rather than the unit simply shutting off.If not for these, I would give five stars.The tank is small enough that I can carry it to the sink without spilling water all over the place.Ignore the bit about the colored lights - they are more like a “don’t step here” warning than a light show. Not something that will keep you awake; not something for entertainment.All in all, it’s a good value. Don’t ask me about longevity as it’s a new unit.
