I have one of the few custom built diesel powered gen 1 Honda insight and this cap fits. Nothing like rolling coal in a Honda Insight.

I had noticed the rubber "O" ring seal inside the stock fuel cap of our 2004 Chevy Diesel was looking pretty worn and cracked so I was looking at a new cap anyway and came across this green diesel fuel only labeled cap and knew this was the one to get!It fits perfectly as it should and being labeled there's no chance for a mistake at the fuel pump should another family member be borrowing the truck and need to fill it up. A good purchase!!

Arrived quick, works as advertised. Perfect fit on an RDS auxiliary tank in the bed of 2011 Super Duty. Checked to see if it also fit the factory filler neck of the Ford and it did. Not what I bought it for, but figure someone might want to know.

Had a green diesel sticker on my black fuel cap that finally wore off. Terrified someone would try to put gas into the truck. Was looking for something more obvious that the truck took diesel. Found this cap. Form, Fit, Function just like the original fuel cap. Have used it for a few weeks. Seems to properly seal the fuel tank just like the original one did.

I have a 1999 Ford E350 7.3l turbodiesel box truck.Amazon's vehicle parts compatibility thingy said this would not work but other sources said that it does. I bought it and installed it and it clearly works.Just so you know.
