It does not work
I found that the ball of yarn just turned around the spindle, the spindle was too heavy to be turned by a gentle pull on the yarn, even with the ball bearings between the wooden discs. I then tried to apply elastic wraps around the spindle so that the ball of yarn was held more firmly, but then the yarn just tightened on the ball when I pulled it. This just does not turn easily enough to feed the yarn to you as you knit. I sent it back and got a refund. If Knitpro read this then please sort this out, it is a very expensive item when it does not even work!

Much smaller than publicised
The actual size is 12 cm 12cm 20 cm, is useless for 400g yarns. I returned it.
