This cable doesn't work at all. Not sure if i received a bad cable or there is some other incompatibility. The cable also BARELY fits in the Thunderbolt 2 port to the point.Tested the cable on 2 Macbook Pros hooked up to a 4k monitor via Thunderbolt 2. The ports on the MBPs and the HDMI input on the monitor both work with other cables. It is as if nothing is plugged in.Will be returning to Amazon
