🔥📺🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 "Tiny Stick, Big TV Magic!"
The Amazon Fire TV Stick HD is like having a mini wizard living in your TV port—without the pointy hat or cryptic spells. Plug it in, and suddenly your old “meh” TV transforms into a streaming beast ready to binge every show, movie, and guilty pleasure you can name.Setup? Easier than convincing yourself to watch “just one more episode.” The remote is simple enough that even my tech-challenged grandma could navigate it (and she still thinks “the cloud” is something to worry about). Plus, Alexa voice control means you can boss your TV around without moving from the couch—perfect for those “too lazy to find the remote” moments.Pros:Fits in your pocket, but turns your living room into a cinema.Access to every streaming service ever (including that obscure documentary about competitive knitting).Alexa voice remote: because yelling “Play Stranger Things” is way more fun than fumbling for buttons.Cons:May cause serious binge-watching and neglect of actual life responsibilities. The temptation to order snacks via Alexa mid-show is real (no promises on your diet).Final Verdict:If you want to upgrade your TV without breaking the bank or your brain, this Fire Stick is pure magic. Five stars—and yes, I’m already planning my next Netflix marathon. 🔥🍿

Works fine if used correctly
The first one of these failed but Amazon refunded without quibble and I bought another. I fitted it to my 16 year old TV and it worked brilliantly. For someone like me who only watches free to air channels its a no-brainer. One off cost - dump SKY and save £50.00 a month. Then I upgraded TV to a Samsung OLED 48" and the trouble began. I am convinced that there is an incompatibility issue between the Fire Stick HD and modern 48k OLED TVs but neither company will admit it. The problem is that the screen intermittently goes black for about a second. After several days surfing for answers and experimenting with various settings I finally got it to work but only with 720res and 60hz refresh rate- which isnt quite as bad as it sounds because the TV upscales to 4k. In case you're thinking that I should get a 4k Max , Amazon say the HD should work - ( and anyway I don't fancy forking out another seventy quid).Edit 17th May 2025: I'm wrong. Apologies to all concerned. I was activating the Fire Stick (with the Home button) without turning on TV or by using the Home button on the Fire Stick remote when TV was on. It works brilliantly if you connect the Fire Stick to HDMI1, turn the TV on, use the Source button on the TV remote to choose the Fire Stick and subsequently use the Fire Stick remote to choose what you watch.

Old for the new.
I had the 1st Firestick that Amazon brought out, and it wasn't working well and someone said i needed to buy a new 1, so I did. I got this, I ordered it quite late in the evening but it arrived at about 1100hrs the next day, which I was really happy about. It took about ½hr to set up, which was a bonus, and the picture is really good. I think I'd be lost without the Firestick as normally TV doesn't have much choice considering theirs so many channels.

Magnificent Modernization
Much better than the previous model I had. The signal is considerably more consistent, with it only cutting out once or twice within the first few months, whereas my previous model would be lucky to hold a signal for the entire episode. The voice search function is handy, although hasn't been perfectly consistent. The dial/middle button doesn't feel very sturdy as it is quite wobbly, but the other buttons are fine and it has survived a very small drinks spill. I will say that the automatic playing of trailers is quite an annoying feature that the previous model didn't have. But all in all I'm very glad I replaced my original model with this.

Worth the money
The remote feels solid and robust not like my 4K max remote but that’s the only plus side the 4K max stick is faster and more responsive, if your buying this as a gift or like I did for my younger child’s tv then it’s worth the money, if it’s for yourself I’d recommend the 4K max

WORTH EVERY PENNY, I WISH I HAD BOUGHT IT SOONER.
I had a very old TV set in my bedroom that only showed a few channels, BUT since buying the Flash Stick, I now have a TV that I can watch in bed at night. Am still learning how to operate it, but like everything else, once you get used to it, it will be so easy to use. I am delighted with it and wish I had thought about buying one sooner...

Newest gen Amazon HD Fire Stick with quick app access and TV volume control remote
Just replaced my first gen Amazon Fire Stick had it well over 10 years and it was becoming slow and the remote was very basic so it was time to upgrade to a newer later version of the Fire Stick so I replaced mine with the newest gen HD Amazon Fire Stick which comes with a better picture quality and a upgraded remote as this one includes 4 main quick selection app buttons and TV volume control buttons, extremely easy to set up took less than 5 minutes and can already tell it’s a better picture quality and much faster and more user friendly and for £29 you can’t complain plus upon set up the new stick finds your Amazon Fire TV account automatically and all you have to do is confirm it’s the right account and it then logs you back in automatically and updates everything for you without having to worry about remembering anything usernames email addresses or passwords it’s such a fast set up I was really impressed and really happy with my purchase

Revives dying TVs, better experience than the TV
This is a class item, completely revived and old 32in dying TV. All it needs is an hdmi socket to go in and a plug socket. Does what we need it to do with all the apps and streaming services, no issues with connection. If anything way more responsive and better browsing experience. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
