Have bought this item a number of times and it's been great each time. I live near the Time 4 shop but their amazon service is so good that it's easier than driving down there. Arrived on time and well packaged. The item itself is great, lovely flavour and noticeably delays fatigue in the gym. I would say this adds about 10-15 minutes to my workouts.

I was expecting more of a Vanilla Coke flavour but it’s more like just vanilla with slight hint of cola. Still nice, works well; will try another flavour next time.

Love Time 4 stuff. This was good, but would have liked a bigger tub for the money.
