they work well
These are working well and I've had them over a year. Do remember that the cover has a metal clip and cannot go in the microwave. I use the padded side to start then flip them when that cools and use the unpadded side so I have the mask on longer

Eye mask
Eye Dr recommended warm moist compresses for dry eyes. Washcloths cool down much too quickly. This eye mask stays warm much longer, feels comfortable and soft. Easy to use, and quick to heat in microwave. Good purchase.

Useless
Doesn't stay warm for more than 10 seconds so it's useless.
