The Clasp!
A friend who is a physician has one and say has helped his arthritis pain. On his recommendation, I purchased yesterday and received this morning! Fairly easy to resize. BUT, the clasp is extremely tight to a point of being whether I'll be able to keep this.

Really good product with great customer service
I originally gave a mediocre review; the black wasn't as solid black as I thought it would be, it is a little more shiny. I thought I had received the wrong color. Customer service was top notch, however, and I will definitely order from this company again.As for the magnetic aspect of the jewelry, after a couple of days of wearing both bracelet and ring, I noticed my back wasn't as "achy." I work a desk job and my shoulders and neck get pretty painful and I frequent the chiropractor's office. After a week of wearing the bracelet and ring, the pain is gone. Gone. I'm amazed that I finally found some relief.I was a skeptic at first, total believer now. The jewelry is nice and heavy, wider than most men's bracelets I've seen, excellent quality. Super easy to remove links for sizing. I wasn't a jewelry wearer before but I will be now. Only good things to say about this bracelet!

Very Pleased With This Product.
First I want to point out the fine quality of this product. Out of the box you get everything you need to adjust the bracelets to fit your arm. There are no hard edges and all the corners are smoothly rounded to perfection. The bracelets rest nicely on my wrists and have a slightly weighty softness that I find pleasant.One wrist is slightly smaller and has one less link on that side but making the adjustment was easy with the tools provided. The bracelets don't cause any friction and slide smoothly over my skin.I typically wear mine all the time only removing them to shower and only then to avoid building up a soap film on the copper and underneath on my wrist which could be a problem because these bracelets are rather wide.The magnets are strong and placed perfectly for optimal coverage.Overall I couldn't be happier and I recommend these bracelets to anyone who values quality health jewelry.
