Sealed, ideal to separate wet/dry inside another bag. There is no carrying strap

I like this stuff bag it is waterproof and very light, I use it for my big sleeping bag and extra dog blanket I stuff in it. Just the closing mechanism is little bit flimsy, it opens very easily if you touch it. Would prefer standard buckle.
