Clear hard resin despite the very weak UV torch
First time I used this I was a bit disappointed that while hard, the surface was tacky and retained the nasty resin smell. I discovered that the hardening torch is the weak point in this product. If you put your item in daylight (direct sunlight is not required) then the resin will harden to a polycarbonate like finish that can even be sanded and polished. The resin seems to need a very specific wavelength of UV to harden as I tried other powerful artificial UV sources with similar poor results. Daylight seems to be broad-spectrum enough to do the trick. The upside is that you have plenty of working time while you 'soft set' the join with the torch and then take it outside to finish.

Great value easy to use managed to fix freezer draws no problem where the original clips have broken off and can't tell where I've used it very happy

Quality product. Low powered light.
Great quality resin. Easy to use, but good ventilation required for vapours. The included UV light is low powered, so you need to ensure that the glue joint is well exposed to cure the connection.

It worked - not quite as expected though...
First impression was that the torch is a lot smaller than the picture suggests - the resin bottle is 11.5cm tall without the spout, the torch (powered by 4 tiny watch batteries) is 4.5cm! Will it do what I want of it, i.e. repair a memorial ring?Well it did work - ish. I did a test blob on some plastic before actually trying out on the ring and amazingly it cured! Not quite as fast as expected but it cured all the same. So I got to work on the ring, appying the resin a tiny bit at a time and spinning the ring slowly in an electric drill until the resin was coating the inlay on the ring. I let a couple of excess drops fall off before spinning the ring once more while shining the torch on it. Search for Daniel Cooper on YouTube if you want to see how it's done - useful video. That is when the problems started - the torch batteries are absolutely pathetic and went flat very soon after starting to cure the resin on the workpiece - fortunately a quick battery change and further curing almost sorted it - I'm hoping a day or two in sunlight will cure it hard - but I shouldn't have to "hope".Overall the resin does its job but the torch is rubbish - borrow a friends nail curing lamp or buy a better torch before using this stuff.

Glues OK but torch was faulty
A good size 100g pot, which is better than the pen type which I have found only have about 3 grams in. However I was frustrated to find that the torch was faulty (dead batteries). As I was using this for a day of A level teaching classes I had to run out and buy a complete new set of batteries, which cost nearly a much as the glue. Following on from this I then had to buy a new UV torch as the one supplied was really not up to the job. So the glue itself is good, UV torch for setting bad. I have to give 1 star sadly as without the UV there is no way to set the glue making it effectively useless.

Stinks and awful LED
This stuff stinks like mad. Low Odour? Nope! It's awful and the included LED torch is useless. Sadly I don't know the exact curing frequency so buying a dedicated specific torch is a gamble.

Great hold.
I use this for my mobile/tablet repairs. Obviously. Best for those jobs. Also used it to fill a gap in door wood trimming that was letting itchy wood shavings or something like that fall from it and it has worked excellently. Scouered the first page or to of this product for the best price and this was a bargain in comparison to every other.
