Wearable LEGO with decorative Harry Potter pieces
This LEGO DOTS Hogwarts Accessories Pack comes in an unusually shaped box. There are 234 pieces inside and with LEGO DOTS pieces generally means single dot pieces and bases to mount them on, here including bag tags, a patch and a bracelet. The patch and bracelet are soft and flexible so can be worn, though you'll need to sew the patch on (there are holes in the sides). There aren't instructions as such but there are pictures of the decorated items included for reference. The dots can of course be arranged in any order, that somewhat being the whole point of the set. There's a colourful mix of squares, circles and quarter circles, some translucent and some solid. Some of the square pieces have Harry Potter themed prints on them, but they are not necessarily the ones pictured on the box, it seems that they are random, seeing as I got some duplicates in my box. This is of course intended to have collectors buying multiple sets in order to collect them all.I got this set for my 8 year old niece who is thankfully too young to obsess over collecting every different piece. When I gave it to her she had great fun arranging the pieces in different orders and showing off the bracelet but I'm not sure how long this set is going to sustain her interest in the long term. However, as with all LEGO, the pieces will no doubt be repurposed to decorate some other creation and, being entirely decorative, they'll no doubt come in useful. At just under £13 for 234 pieces this set is reasonable value for collectors and a good buy for kids who like Harry Potter and wearing LEGO bracelets.

Usual top quality bricks from Lego
I ordered this not because of the Harry Potter connection (tenuous at best) but because you get a decent amount of small, useful, Lego bricks for a very reasonable price. Some of the parts I will never use, but others are useful for finishing touches for other models. It does include things like a bracelet and a keyring, so if you’re a Harry Potter fan, these will probably get a lot of use. There’s certainly a lot of mileage in the set for younger children but as another reviewer has commented, it’s really more accessories for an existing set.Not bad, then, but not the best Lego purchase – although if you need the bricks contained in the set, it’s a useful way to get them. The bricks themselves are, of course, great quality, as you would expect from Lego.

Create different designs, fun set
The pack contains two blank keyrings, a wristband and a patch, as well as three bags of tiles. The colours of the tiles mostly match the colour schemes of the various Hogwart's houses; Gryfindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. Although the tiles are all 1x1 in size, some are square shaped, while others are round or triangular. They can be used to create different shapes or patterns with. Included in the pack are 10 printed picture tiles. Some of these tiles feature characters from the Harry Potter franchise, while others feature crests and emblems and then a couple are decorated with quotes from the books. There are 10 different picture tiles in the set, we also received some additional duplicate tiles in our pack too. The character tiles are printed a chibi style and it's immediately apparent who they're supposed to be.The keyrings are made from hard glossy plastic and one of them is in the shape of a lightening bolt. The patch and the wristband are made from a softer, matte, silicon type material that gives them a lot more flexibility. The leaflet provides some design inspiration, but there are no actual building instructions as such. That's left up to the imagination of the user. The end results can be worn and the keyrings displayed on a back pack. The tiles can be removed and new designs created. You get quite a lot for your money (£12.99 as of March 2023.) I think it would make an excellent gift for a Harry Potter fan.

Fantastic dots set for Hogwarts fans
My 13 year old daughter loves the LEGO dots range and she's thrilled that they've released some Hogwarts themed sets. This particular set comes with a bracelet, keyring and sew on badge, all ready to customise with the included Hogwarts themed dots. The dots included come in a range of colours based around the 4 Hogwarts house colours. There's also some picture tiles which include spells and cute cartoon pictures of the characters. It'd be great if they'd bring out additional packs of just the Hogwarts dots, featuring more characters and pictures in the future - I know my daughter would love more of those. My daughter really loves this set, especially the sew on badge which is a great feature in this set. The current price of £12.99 is great value and the set itself is of excellent quality as you'd expect from the LEGO brand.

Surprisingly the lego tiles have remained fixed to the jewellery!
No surprises in the pack. You get what you see. Some coloured pieces in the hogwart house colours and some characters etc. I would suggest it is suitable for the younger child.I expected the lego pieces to fall off jewellery in use, especially the bracelet but they are a surprisingly tight fit and the lego tiles have remained fixed to the jewellery!
