Showed up in cute packaging. Came on time. There were no instructions for how to put the straw together, so that took a little bit to figure out. If you can't tell, you put the bendy flexible part on the bottom inside the bear and the white part comes out the top to drink from.

I use this as my water bottle and it's absolutely adorable! I love the way it looks and the functionality is great! Also I've dropped it a few times and it's still going strong! The only thing is that it's not like double insulated so the water doesn't stay cold all day but I knew that going in and I still love it, definitely recommend! My kiddos love theirs too!
