Actually the seller knows this is bad quality product hence they doesn't give the option for refundable π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£ non refundable item

quality is ok, but worth the price!
Straightener is required to use this just to give proper texture but the problem the quality of hair keeps the hair stranded but if done correctly then it will work great .The quality is ok, but if it matches your hair texture it gives a nice look as required and since it matched my hair color and texture, I loved it

Very small doesn't even cover half of ur forehead. It looks like a small lump of hair
It's too difficult to wear, doesn't come with instructions manual. I don't have the original packaging so cannot even return it. So it is just going to lsy in some corner
