Excellent. My only criticism is the rear off the item is soft plastic. When it comes into contact with any hot metal it melts.

The probe broke off after maybe 10 uses?
The item is well outside of the return window and it just broke, it might be understandable if I were jamming it in well done steaks all the time but I only eat chicken and fish. Complete waste of money.
