Q: Can this be used with lubricants?

Solo’s model 460-LI units are specifically designed for use with plant protection chemicals, and liquid fertilizers. There are also some mild cleaners, disinfectants that are commonly used in this model. Thicker liquids, oils, lubricants generally will not spray well, or in some cases not at all since the pumps are designed for water like viscosity. Also, petroleum based lubricants can have damaging effects to the seals in the pump.

Q: I am wanting to use it with adams polishes detail spray (pink stuff) is that safe for this sprayer?

Yes it can be used as long as the polish is a liquid but there is no guarantee as to how long the seals will last. These sprayers have Viton seals
