Cracked bade
The media could not be loaded. Product arrived cracked had to glue and tape it together

Broke while assembling
I noticed a crack in the base when I pulled it out of the box, but I thought maybe it was just a vein in the marble. When I added the brass rod and tightened it into the hole it immediately broke. Apparently there is no customer service to contact as their website does not work. Do not waste your money.
