Very cute hat for both guys and girls. Adjustable indeed, and the buckle strap makes it easy to fit my ponytail through the loop. Comes in a variety of team designs, but I got the NJ devils (let's go devils!). Patch work was nice and clean. I feel like the price I paid ($18) was a good value, but other teams will have variable prices. It looks like the hats that they sell at the rink, but at a much lower price.
