I recently tried the Pre Workout Vitamin Energy Drink - Keto Friendly Sugar Free Shots |Natural Clean Green Tea Caffeine with Proprietary Endurance Blend and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised.The flavor was spot on - it tasted just like a tart and tangy green apple. The shot was easy to take and didn't have any unpleasant aftertaste unlike many other “energy shots”. What really impressed me was the energy boost I got from the shot. As someone who struggles to find the motivation to hit the gym, I found that the shot gave me the energy I needed to power through my workout. I felt more alert, focused, and energized, which allowed me to achieve more than I would have without the shot.Overall, I highly recommend the pre workout energy shots in green apple flavor. They taste great, give you a solid energy boost, and are a convenient way to get the energy you need to crush your workout without the crash you typically get from other energy drinks.Just to quickly recap and list the pros:1. Not great. Flavor is rough. Effects are inconsistent.There are better alternatives out there.

Strong, kicks in just in time for a workout (try an hour before)Love the flavor profile. I think with these types of drinks, sour flavor fits best because otherwise it tastes like medicine.didn't feel any sugar crash from using the product.

I don’t like anything sour, but this had more of a bitter taste to me. I could definitely taste the vitamin/mineral type ingredients despite it being a “smooth” liquid (not gritty).It is packaged well and none of the bottles leaked prior to receiving my shipment.I have extremely low energy levels and this did help a little bit. I could tell that my heart was beating at a faster rate than normal, but it didn’t cause palpitations or pain.I could also feel it was increasing my blood pressure because my face was very hot & red.It did have a small affect on my sleep that night as well.I wouldn’t recommend taking this on a daily basis due to these affects, but once in a while would be a better option.

This energy shot is a quick booster to your alertness as well as endurance. Its the 1st time I tried it ( I was used to 5 hour energy) and there was definitely no crash for me.

Unfortunately, this energy supplement did not agree with me. About 15 minutes after taking it, I was vomiting. While it may work for others, something in the ingredients did not agree with my stomach. If you have sensitive stomachs, I would avoid this product. 5 Hour energy extra strength has always worked well for me, so I'll be going back to that. I was interested in trying something new at a lower cost but now will be sticking with something I am used to.
