Potent
Have been pulsing shilajit for a few years on and off for gut and mitochondria maintenance/restoration. This one has the noticeable potency. Second time I get shilajit from this brand. The first time I got a 3rd party test certificate, don't think I got it this time around. The safety and the purity of the product is a deal breaker for me; these guys seemed like they do take it seriously. I wish to see a continued effort to cover these concerns comprehensively.

Is the shilajit inside the capsule supposed to be dried out? I thought shilajit was a sticky substance....Anyway is it supposed to take a couple weeks to feel the effects? So far I get mad headaches hours later.
