After taking this for a little while now, I have noticeable improvements to my mood and energy levels. The biggest difference for me is finding getting up early for work much easier.

Got it but not capsules!!
Surprisingly, when I opened the box it was powder instead of capsules. But guess what I put a tea spoon in my smoothies now and then and it when well. It seems to be a good quality. However I think we need an independent agency to test all those supplements.. cos expectation vs reality is widening.. All the best everyone. God is Absolutely Good.
