DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD OF THE 100 NIGHT GUARANTEE. Inofia, do NOT pick up their phone. They do NOT respond to emails. There is no one available for their laughable live chat option and try to get Amazon to arrange collection of a mattress topper after you can no longer get it back in it's original packaging and you are on a hiding to nothing!!!!!!!!!If Amazon are insisting on selling beds and toppers then they should provide a means of returning them once they are opened. The listing clearly states it's a 100 night risk free trial, so they should provide a means of being able to use that trial, ie, make a return, when the trial is unsatisfactory.Poor service, poor product, one very hacked off woman here!!!!!!!!!

Very very bad. Specifically we were looking for something as close to natural as possible and most importantly WITHOUT memory foam as it's bad for your back plus doesn't last long. They used different naming hence misleading. This one despite pricey came as close as to what we wanted... until: delivery was delayed a day and IT SAYS ON THE BOX : MEMORY FOAM. very misleading for those who are aware that i.e. bamboo fabrics are better for supporting You back that this old and bad memory foam... too pricey for something like that too. Very disappointed and as it's vacuum packed I need to wait for it 24-72 hours to fully expand too! Yes, that's what instruction says. Dissapointed as hell. When tried to return it couldn't pack it back in the bag and 2 adults couldn't roll it no matter how tight to fit it in, the bag the ripped. When decided to leave it and try it the elastics popped and ripped where the cover is....joke and have no idea where the 5stars reviews came from. Now after sleeping on it I tell You. Horrible. Too soft, every morning we have to drag it up as it slides off. What the hell?

Have found this comfortable to use and has given a fairly good night's sleep, however, it isn't outstanding. The main problem we have found is it moves around quite a bit. We placed this on top of a brand new very high quality ortho- pocket sprung mattress which is very firm. We wanted to provide a comfortable sleep topper with the support below. The topper has corner bands that slip over the mattress (fit very well) and should help keep it in place. Every morning we need to strip the bed back and reposition the topper back onto the mattress or it projects over the edge on one side or the other and over the bottom of the bed (we are not restless sleepers). The topper states it has a textured surface to help keep it in place. We looked up for tips on the internet and found various folk suggested using "anti-slip rug mats". We have done this and it helps a bit. I think it is a bit over-priced for what it is. The mattress it sits on cost over £4000 so we haven't stinted on price or quality. Aim was to get a supportive and very comfortable night's sleep nearly there.

I bought this because my bed was too hard and I never got a good night's sleep. I was always tossing and turning ~~and very hot. My boyfriend got severe back ache every time he stayed and was also uncomfortable and hot. I did a lot of research and plumped for this topper. I followed the instructions and left the topper flat for 24 hours before putting it on the bed. The smell was a little strong at first but soon went away. This topper is so comfortable, it keeps you warm but not too hot and I've not slept so well for years. My boyfriend also loves it and woke up without any back ache at all. In addition I didn't need to buy new, deeper, fitted sheets as my normal ones still fitted perfectly. I can highly recommend this product and wish I'd got one years ago!~~~~

Wow! This topper is amazing. We used to complain about our mattress being uncomfortable so we tried this out... We now have no complaints and even had a few compliments on how soft and surpport it is.You can really feel the difference.I like how it has the elastic holders on each corner so it doesn't move around, the pattern is also really pleasant. You can remove the cover if you need to wash it too - you can see this in the photos I've taken.

So I was about to order a dunlopillo matress at huge expense as my matress was literally showing the springs through the old memory foam (any one that has bought one of these cheap memory foam hybrid mattresses will probably know they are truly terrible and a waste of money) when were were hit financially and I had to completely rethink, it took alot of research, and I was going to purchase this topper and a cheap memory foam matress next month to completely renew my bed instead of the way over a grand dunlopillo. Well this is my second nights sleep on this topper on my old matress still and I am not going to be purchasing the new memory foam matress, this topper has completely revived my bed. I suffer with terrible circulation and insomnia I have woken up from complete nights sleep completely ache free even my feet which can ache terribly. The topper seems to be of amazing quality, right down to the little tool and hand book provided, the washable cover is particularly nice. It fits my king sized bed perfectly. Its soft!! Really soft but supporting and like a cloud to lay on, only problem is now my teenagers want one for their beds...I will edit this review if any problems in the future but with my inspection, with the quality of this thing I dont think I will need to. I would and have recommended this product to friends.

Top marks to the seller,due to the covic 19 I thought it would be delayed as it came over to Channel Isles,,arrived on time,,it's great,I put it on a "plush " mattress which is a bit soft and thought it didn't have much support so put a piece of carpet ,until I could find something for extra support but don't think I need it ,if I do it's because the mattress too soft,the e topper is good quality ,med in firmness.would recommend,Thankyou seller for promptness
