This is a repeat of several orders. Quality, taste and reasonably priced. Put in my coffee in the morning, for a mocha taste and added antioxidants.Also use for sugarless healthy baking with honey, maple syrup or smashed older banannas.A staple for me. I love to use this cacao in my morning mixture of fruit, yogurt, kefir, and chia, hemp, and flax seeds.

You won't believe how delicious this is and how easily it blends into warm liquid. I did not realize that pure cacao powder could simply be added to hot water for a very delicious cup of hot chocolate. No sugar, no milk. About 15 calories. The chocolate taste is a very rich true cacao, real chocolate. There is no comparison between this real cacao powder and "hot chocolate" in an envelope. I also add it to mushroom powder (reishi, lions mane) and it mixes well, giving a nice flavor boost to the mushroom powder.

Good antioxidant and goes great with almond milk to make a chocolate milkshake using a vanilla protein powder and a little stevia for sweetening. So far so good!

Nice flavor, although a little bitter. The issue for me, was, I couldn’t sleep well at night when I took this in the afternoon.I didn’t mind the bitterness, I like bitter chocolate. If I take this in the morning, no problems with sleep.

Good flavor,but we have to add oat milk and honey.
