CAUSED INCREASED HEART RATE AND SEVERE NAUSEA
Instructions said to use the whole bag for body soak and to stay in for 30 minutes. 10 minutes in I started to experience nausea and felt very weak. When I stood up I felt like fainting and my heart rate had started to increase. I rushed out of the shower because I did not want to risk fainting in the shower and hurt myself. As soon as I got to my bed I almost completely blacked out and I had to focus on calming my heart rate. When I googled "Magnesium making me feel sick" I read about how too much magnesium intake can be toxic for the body, and it had listed all of the symptoms I was experiencing. Too much magnesium build up in the body can cause nausea, increased heart rate, confusion, slurred speech, and can even lead to death. Luckily after resting for about an hour I started to feel back to normal, but I feel they should be more CLEAR and SPECIFIC with their instructions. I am a small 110 lb woman and feel I should have not used the whole bag for my weight. Had they have been more specific with certain recommended dosages for different weights, instead of just saying use the whole bag, this could have been prevented. I did not know about magnesium turning toxic in large doses and I am very glad I listened to my body and didn't stay in the tub longer. FIX YOUR INSTRUCTIONS! Not everyone is educated with the effects of too much magnesium.

High Quality
I use this to make a magnesium oil to be able to spray on and it is great especially given how expensive magnesium oil is. To make the spray you boil bring one cup of water to a boil, remove from heat, then add in one cup of magnesium flakes stirring until they dissolve. Let cool and then put in a spray bottle (preferably a dark glass one, but not required).

Pretty much life changing stuff
Pretty much life changing stuff. I was having terrible anxiety and panic attacks. A combination of stress, antibiotics and vitamin D supplements had drained my magnesium stores making me feel dizzy, panicky and I had terrible leg cramps. A month after using this stuff combined with the oil, I feel like a different person. Fixed me right up. Even though the doctor told me my levels weren't too low, I knew I needed it. And I was right.

... was pregnant with my twins I suffered from the worst Migraine headaches imaginable
When I was pregnant with my twins I suffered from the worst Migraine headaches imaginable. My doctor put me on a magnesium drip to help. It was a miracle, no more migraines for the rest of my pregnancy. However, after they were born, the migraines came back with a vengeance in addition to terrible insomnia due my twins and toddler waking up at different times throughout the night.I bought the flakes along with the lotion, and CALM magnesium drink to help. They saved me. No more migraines and no more insomnia. It has also helped regulate my high blood pressure. I haven't had to go back on the prescription medication for my BP. I put a small handful of the flakes in the bath water and soak my feet while my kids take a bath. It helps them relax before bedtime and helps me relax during the chaos of getting all three kids to bed. One small bag lasts me a while.

Greasy on skin & in tub
After being hit head on by a drunk driver, I was left with a few painful issues, one of which is a painful scapula that flares up from time to time. I bought the magnesium flakes after reading they help relive pain. After making magnesium oil (1/2c flakes + 3tbsp boiling water. Stir to dissolve) I applied it to my scapula & surprisingly it actually worked. I also run. A lot. My legs were pretty sore so I rubbed the oil all over my freshly shaved legs. This product burned my legs like epsom salt but eventually went away. The product NEVER rubbed in entirely & left my skin incredibly oily. Not particularly a good attribute. For pain relief, this product works pretty well. It's especially nice for a foot soak as the product hydrates tried, sore, & Dry feet after a long day standing. As a heavy equipment operator, my feet support me all day which can mean 13 hour days @ work.

Helps me making Mag Oil
I love this stuff to help me with making it into Magnesium Oil; recipes on the internet. It helps me reduce my cravings for sweeties during certain times of the month. For me, I have fibrous tissue in certain girl areas and it is less fibrous as a side-effect of taking enough magnesium; OB is well pleased.

Topically you absorb it so much better and can't really overdose on it this way
I boil water and add magnesium flakes into it & stir until it dissolves. I use it at night to help me sleep. It helps so much, that I never miss a night. My husband likes it to help him sleep as well.Taking magnesium has many benefits, but orally your body will only absorb so much. Topically you absorb it so much better and can't really overdose on it this way. If you are having trouble sleeping, falling asleep, or staying asleep, try this.

Great for Magnesium Oil!
It is what it is. The bag is about 4 maybe 5 cups of flakes. I just filled 50% in a bottle and the other with hot water in a bowl. Stirred and I have magnesium oil to spray! This whole bag should last me hopefully a year. I spray it on after my workouts 30 min before a shower as I'm on a keto diet and read that most people need potassium and magnesium due to deficiency in the diet itself. I use Morton Lite Salt for the potassium supplement. Magnesium also helps me sleep and great for sore muscles as I weight lift. 50/50 makes me itch here and there, but I heard your body gets used to it so I figured I'd just go for maximum strength. You can make it 1/4th or 1/3rd ratio and add more water to have less skin irritation.

After a few months of using it check your BP. I use once a week now.
Add this to your skin by making a spray to use before bedtime. gives great sleep and brings down the blood pressure.

Excellent for home made Magnesium lotion!
Great big flakes of magnesium that dissolved easily into a recipe for home made 'absorbable magnesium lotion'. (easier and more efficient than ingesting magnesium supplements, and less wasteful than putting into bath.) TRY IT! So easy to make.Magnesium Chloride is much more easily absorbed into the body than that of Epsom salt. Lots of recipes on line. but I used one that simply had a cup of flakes dissolve in half a cup of water ...and then mix with a favorite 'purchased' jar of body lotion.
