It took me 2 Saturday mornings to get this going. I had to uninstall the basic app and download the PRO version. It then connected immediately. The saved images aren't that great compared to a cheaper model I owned before. So don't fall for the alleged 1080 pic quality. There is no menu choice in the app for quality, just wide angle or focused.As an adult I can barely get the barrel in to my ear canal enough to see, the barrel is just too wide. Yes the LEDs are bright, but you have to be able to shove this in far enough to get focus and that's difficult in my case.The outer case is smooth and could be more course or rubber - grippy but it is lightweight and easy to hold.I'm returning this for a smaller unit wired or not.

Scrapers are very tiny , not easily screwed on. The camera is impressive. Let us see exactly where the wax buildup was. Does put off a small amount of heat which helped loosen wax debris.Afraid scrapers could come off and get dislodged if not careful.

I could not get this thing to work on my iPad with a recent version of iOS. It requires that you disconnect from your normal Wifi and connect to this device, which I did. But it would not generate an image, and instead brings up extremely unclear and ungrammatical messages about "horizontal mode". I tried landscape orientation, portrait orientation, orientation lock and without. I do not know what this thing expects me to do in order to get it to work. So now I will waste some more time sending this thing back.Really, the software setup is as bad as it gets. Terrible.

it had been weeks I thought I had stuff in my ears, it tickles sometimes and I had this urge to scratch it and get it out, but I was also too afraid to reach in. I can't explain how annoying this was. So I found this on Amazon. It arrived very quickly, and it was fun to use, you use it you will know what i mean. I didn't find anything in my ear, but it took that itchy feeling away. I feel relieved knowing that my ears are clean.

Does not work with a Kindle Fire Hd. Does not work with my phone. Returned for a refund.

Very laggy. Video skips a ton. Not reliable. Probably because it's 1080p over a wifi connection. Not usable because of this lag. I will be returning a getting a wired endoscope. Running on a pixel 3.

I bought this as a gift for my sister who liked my ear camera of a different brand. This is superior to mine. Picture quality is good and this is easier to use within the app.

The media could not be loaded.  HiThis is very useful instrument to check external and internal ear.I tried other company instruments before purchasing this one.It it very easy to install software in mobile and connecting Wifi.We know the status and water entry in to the ear.We can do cleaning of ear with given 4 no of different size transparent spoons.It is not only Youngers ,it is also useful to kids and elders.Thank you very much for bringing this in Amazon platform
