I love these. They do cut paper and are also great for play dough. They seem pretty sturdy and thee little clip helps them pop back open for little hands.

These were perfect I donated to a prison so they can do some Christmas activities and New Year's

I bought these scissors for 2-4 year olds. I thought they were fine for preschool age children. Not bad for the price.

My 2 and 3 year old preschoolers have a lot of difficulty opening other plastic scissors I've bought in the past. These have a little piece that help them open the scissors back up. It just bounces the blades openwhen they relax their hand. The silicone (?) piece is then able to be put down when they get a little more adapt and can open it themselves. They are also comfortable enough where they can use in both right and left hand as they discover their dexterity.

I bought these for a lesson I had planned. I just wanted to find small scissors that kids could easily use to cut play dough. These were perfect! I loved the colors, they were easy to use, and the kids loved them too. They held up pretty well too. A few were dropped and I expected a few to break but they all held up very well! Overall I loved these scissors. I’d recommend them!

Finally scissors for all the kids.They help their hand strength, their confidence, the cut construction paper,regular paper but not hair or our friends clothes. I can't recommend these more.And yes they work for right and left.My only recomendation is this company maker a shorter set for even smaller hands so I can buy those too!

These although a great idea were very hard to cut with. They’re a good size for little fingers however might just lead to more frustration than cutting. If you’re more just wanting to practice with the motion they would work for you but to cut construction paper was even a struggle.
