These are wonderful replacements for paper tissues. It's amazing how much trash has been eliminated since these were purchased. They improve with washing, getting softer and not so much wadded up after washing and drying. Half of them I dyed a lavender color and am considering dying the other half the same color. We still have paper tissues and with the white cotton ones, I'm afraid they'll be tossed because they are so similar to paper tissue. I fold them and put them in tissue boxes to be pulled out when needed.

Good value, not as big or as soft as regular handkerchiefs but fits my needs.

Wanting to relieve myself of the cost and waste of using paper towels in the bathroom, for several years I placed inexpensive washcloths in the bathroom, and they worked great. However, they were bulky, tricky to arrange and keep neat, and were always overflowing in the collection bin by mid day. I wanted something that wouldn't take up too much space before and after use. THESE FIT THE BILL!At first glance they appear too thin to replace paper towels, but I took a chance and so glad I did. They are of good enough quality that only 2 out of pack unraveled at the hem after washing. These are the perfect size and thickness to thoroughly dry your hands with. Being of uniform size, they are easily folded or rolled for placement in a dispenser if you wish. Being relatively thin, they don't take up a lot of space in your collection receptacle. They wash like a breeze, even in the hot water and hydrogen peroxide I use, with minimal shrinkage noted, and they are still bright white. Not over drying them is the secret to less wrinkles, as over drying them actually "irons" wrinkles in. I rate this as one of my best and smartest purchases ever, and although I already purchased a second pack, I would order again and again. I highly recommend these.

These get 5 stars for value and durability. They were stiff out of the packaging but I washed and dried them immediately. That softened them up a bit. Because they are cotton they will wrinkle up in the dryer some. I ironed mine and they are fine now. Due to the shortage of disposable items during the pandemic situation we are using these as handkerchiefs, napkins at the dinner table, and to clean up small messes. They work well. We just wash, dry, and fold them up for the next use.I have a reusable tissue box holder and we folded each one in half and then rolled them up. If you leave a small tuft out on the first one when you start rolling and then just stand them up in the tissue box, they come out just like normal tissues. Pretty handy and saves money in the long run.

100 handkerchief were embroidered for a memorial service in honor of our father and mother. The special touch was appreciated and the quality was nice. The material is thin and you can see thru it but for what we needed it for and the price it was perfect.

Out of the box these are so stiff and squeaky that I was 100% certain I'd been shipped polyester handkerchiefs by mistake. So I did a burn test on one and it charred, so to my surprise they are 100% cotton. In that case, whatever it is they are soaked in I don't want near my nose.So I washed the 100 hankies with a few other items and when the dry cycle was done, I went to retrieve them. At first I thought the hankies had magically disappeared. But then I saw a bunch of white flecks like when you accidentally wash a tissue and the paper shreds get everywhere. Except the shreds were the handkerchiefs, balled up and shrunk down to about the size of toilet paper sheets. A little larger than that but still, very, very small. I know I can iron them and get them to be a little bigger. But given how balled up they are and how they'd barely fit under the iron plate, I'm afraid I'd burn my fingers. These things are far, far more trouble than they are worth.

The sellers description seemed to cover a lot of types of cloth. So what did they turn out to be for me? I bought them to use instead of tissues but I found them just a little rough...not bad though...usable. I also found them a little small but I was expecting that. What I did find is that they are very well made. They also reminded me of a much more expensive cloth that I was sold for exfoliating my skin as part of a skin care routine. The skin care cloths are 20 dollars a piece and these are less than 50 cents a piece and honestly, they work just as well. The little bit of scratchiness is perfect for facials! I love them!
