I had to modify the part a little but it worked out fine it was for my 85 ford f 250

Wiper motor works great

The motor works great, kinda loud. I had to swap my old arm onto the new motor in my 82 F150 because it was facing the wrong way at stop and also the drive arms were different sizes but the new drive arm was for same size drive bushings.

unit was supposed to be exact fit per vehicle application, yje pin to connect the wiper arms is way to short.had to use fie nd dremmel tool to rework the old original pin to fit new motor. should not have to do this with new exact fit replacement part. taes bto long to exchange with no response from company as will you just rec'v the same part

Very difficult to put a starter motor where a windshield wiper is suppose to go. The box was label with correct part number, but wrong part inside. Replacement (hopefully correct part!) requested.Follow up Review:Received the Wiper motor, the shaft for the linkage was too short. (Swapped out with original one, had use a Dremel to get to to fit). The ground cable was incorrect, once again, swapped from the old one. Cable connection did fit well and now it works. Not a plug-and-play, but its close enough. (Put on a 1981 Ford F100)

This was Not made to fit my truck. The only reason I gave them a second star is that the motor did work after much modification. The arm on the new motor was not even close to correct for an 85 F-150. There is a drive arm with a pin on the motor that is supposed to fit into the wiper arm linkages. It's not even close. So I took the arm off the old motor but discovered that the drive shaft on the new motor was too big and the wrong shape for the old arm. I spent a full (30) minutes hand-filing the drive shaft down and reshaping it to fit the old arm. It was cold, it was dark and a light rain set in, so this Premier Gear made a difficult task into a really miserable chore. I would have returned it for a refund, but I had to have wipers working the next morning. I would definitely NOT recommend this for Ford F-series owners.

Everything is good with this product except that the rubber mounts are different than what my 97 Aerostar came with. Mine came with rubber mounted studs, these are just open holes.A simple trip to the hardware store for the correct size bolts and the problem was solved.Everything else was plug and play, otherwise I would give it five stars.
