Using in only one large room
This is used in one large room only, because there is a step in that room. This is low profile, which I thought was a positive feature, but all it has done is ensure that it gets stuck underneath my recliner nearly every single day. Although it is relatively quiet, I do have to turn up the TV volume quiet a bit when in the same room. I have another auto-vacuum that does the remainder of the house, and this vacuum takes as long and sometimes longer to do one room versus the other more expensive vacuum doing a much larger area. Overall, I give a 4 star because I do like it overall, but I am not completely satisfied. One of the main things I like is the option to have it automatically run daily, unfortunately, that typically means I daily remove it from underneath the recliner. I have not tried to use the mop feature.

Works okay, until it doesn't (Don't expect Warranty Support)
General review: Vacuum ran okay for around 6-7 months or so (guesstimating the time frame). Suction wasn't bad, it picked up lot's of dirt, ran on schedule. I loved the ability to keep the floor moderately clean between real cleanings, since we have a good amount of foot traffic in our house between roommates and friends. Mop function required a lot of babysitting as the water container constantly needs to be refilled to keep the mopping pad wet (it's small and hardly holds water) and it takes a few hours to do a small apartment, usually needing to be shut into each room to give it a good wipe down. The mapping (if it really has any) is seriously lacking, as it basically just randomly buzzes around the room avoiding what obstacles it can and turning to go back that way when it hits something. It will keep running until the battery dies and it sends itself home (or tries to find home) but often needs to be picked up and placed back on the dock, or within a few feet of it so it can re-dock itself. One day it stopped running on schedule. Gave it a good clean with Q-Tips lightly dipped in rubbing alcohol. Didn't help. Checked the remote and changed the batteries and setup the timer again. It worked for a little while, and after the cleaning it seemed to have more traction for getting over bumps or other small obstacles, but soon it happened again. Changed the remote batteries again, set the timer and watched, but it just didn't run. It beeped once at the scheduled time, but never left it's dock. The plastic tabs that hold the mop bucket will break off over time. Some super glue helped for like a week, but there's too much pressure to fix them. Also, mine never worked with the magnetic strip (it simply drives right over it about 90% of the time).Trying to get repairs: Emailed the company Sept 15, 2019. I got an email back within an hour saying it was begin escalated to the re-seller (I bought it on Amazon). Great! By Oct 5, I hadn't gotten any reply, so I asked for an update. I was told there was a "China National Holiday," so give seller will be back tomorrow so I should try then. Okay. Oct 8, still nothing. So I emailed again. Nothing. Nov 5. Emailed again. Now I finally get asked for my receipt. Sent a screenshot of the Amazon purchase with all the details. Then silence. Sent three more emails asking for a status update. Silence. No reply. No acknowledgement of my message. Nothing. Now I'm sitting here with a broken Deenkee product wishing I'd seen a review like this to warn me, so here I am, warning other consumers. Consider all the other options before dropping some cash on one of these, because if it stops working, you may very well just be on your own.Update: 11/25 After threatening to reach out to the BBB and consumer protection agency, I received a refund via Amazon.

Terrible customer service/ warranty dept.
We initially really liked this vacuum. However, after a year, it will no longer charge and is constantly showing “dead battery” despite sitting on the charger all day. We have reached out to the company SEVERAL times and initially received responses to our email, the last response they asked for verification of purchase, which we provided on April 14th. We have sent 5 follow up emails and still have not received a response from the company. We would like our vacuum fixed or replaced or something.

No response for warrenty claims
This vacuum worked amazing for 6 months. Then one wheel stopped rotating, causing the vacuum to go in circles until it gave up. I emailed the company like the warranty card said to do. 10 business days went by with no response. I emailed again. Another 10 days has gone by with no response. I am extremely disappointed in the response rate (which is none) for a warrenty claim. Now out a couple hundred dollars, a vacuum, and my time.
