This is a great book full of knowledge. Straight and direct. I love the exercises she gives. I truly enjoyed it, I feel it is a book you will treasure and read more than once going through the exercises. I loved it so much I ordered her other book on the Chakras.

Over all it's a good, brief summary on astral projection. I picked up a few things I didn't know before and for me, that's always a success.

It has the basic information but I expected the book to be thicker than it is.

Though I never tried Astral Projection I first learned of it just before reading this book. Based on what I learned the information in this book is spot on! Giving great understanding to what Astral Projection is and how to do it. I must say I am intrigued and should I decide I will revisit this book again and use as my guide. It is an easy read, flowing, and full of information. I highly recommend purchasing this book! Also consider reading MS. Moons book on Chakras!

This book is easy to read and understand. And answered so many questions we usually have about astral projection!
