Pain gone, Recall improving
I have been using this product for about 3 weeks. I initially bought it after reading a review in the AARP magazine which mainly focused on benefits related to Alzheimer's, in terms of not getting it. When I read the reviews on Amazon most of the comments were about reducing arthritis pain. I had both knees replaced and don't have a lot of pain anymore, although I do have some in my hands and feet, particularly one foot. My main interest was seeing if I could improve my memory, specifically recall of words when I'm in a conversation. That's been the most frustrating thing about post-menopause, words that I know perfectly well elude me when I'm talking to someone. Anyway, I noticed a few days ago that the pain in my foot is gone! Amazing. And although it's a bit more subtle I do think I have better recall. So I have to say: highly recommend.

Pain relief!
Started taking this because of studies showing how India has less Alzheimers than the U.S., and the Thera version makes cucurmin more easily absorbed. But, what I've noticed the first week is how much it has helped with arthritis pain.

A Game Changer
This supplement is a total game changer! I have slept much better in since taking two Theracurmin a day. Presumably, this is because of the anti-inflammatory properties of the curcumin. This is one of the best supplements that I have tried, and I have tried many.

Most effective brand I've used!
This was recommended to me by a naturopath and I have to say that I have tried many different brands of turmeric, and this one has worked better than any for my chronic pain.....A bit pricey, but many times you get what you pay for, especially in the world of supplements!!

May Help Relieve Gout Pain
Maybe 1 time per year I may have a gout flare up. I've been controlling my uric acid with a product labeled Uric Acid Control. In clinical studies it performed equally well as allopurinol (sp). I take vitamin c and MSM every day as well. About one month ago I added this product to my regimen. I was looking for a non-pharmaceutical product that may help with day-to-day discomfort. So as I write this review I can say that after 3 weeks I felt much more comfortable after physical work (I do handyman work and I'm 66 years old) but last night the challenge i was hoping not to experience did arrive. Around 9:00 p.m. I had a gout attack in my right ankle. It was classic stabbing pain, unrelenting pain, redness and swelling. I put ice packs on it, elevated and bedded down on the sofa for what I thought would be a long painful night. I did take a dose of ibuprofin for pain and it did help a little bit. But, here is the remarkable outcome and one that has me leaning toward this product as a real find. When I woke up this morning from a brief nap and stood it was certainly very painful. Within 2 hours the stabbing pain is gone- just very sore now but here is the remarkable part. I can almost walk with a normal gait. This has never happened before. I have had gout flare ups that have lasted for weeks. This time just one day. I do hope it is at least in some part due to this product. Getting ready to order another bottle.
