I bought it this morning at 8:30, and with the interruption of church, lunch, 4H, and my sister pestering me, I finished reading it by six pm.SYNOPSIS:I can't tell you much without ruining it! The Naturals team go to Las Vegas to hunt down a serial killer whose MO stays different, but the only thing linking his targets is tattoos. The Naturals are teenagers who work for the FBI and they have an amazing skill set that includes a human lie detector, an emotion reader, 2 profilers and a walking encyclopedia. They are supposed to work only on cold cases, but end up right in the middle of a hot investigation. The end will leave you wanting so much more! I can't wait until the fourth book.Since I read the first two books, it made a lot of sense to me, but if you haven't read them yet, you will still probably get most if not all of the storyline.WHAT I LIKED: the fast paced action, the mind blowing plot twists, and how cleverly everything ties in with the other authors. She tied in parts of this third book with some of the first book and I thought "How did I not see this coming?!"WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: The book ends on a cliff hanger, and I have to wait yet again! The book was too short, I know that if it's over like 400 pages, it seems like it's gonna drag, but I don't care if it drags, I wanna read more!I found this book at a book fair where I bought the first 2 books. I read most of the first one on the way home, and it was so amazing! I was jumping on Amazon as soon as I could & found out I had to wait 6 more months for this 3rd book! I feel sorry for the people that had to wait longer.This review written by a 13 year old with help from mom.

This series just gets better and better. I loved how these cases sometimes interact with the characters lives. I loved how these cases have them grow closer and closer together and their bonds grow stronger. The mystery continues and I’m kinda sad that this is only a 4 book series. I hope she’s going to write more because I’m living these characters and their stories.

So hard to find a series that has every book being good. All the books are interesting, move fast enough to keep you interested and also understanding everything that is happening . The writing style 10/10 it literally outs your in people’s heads

This book was just as good as the last two and had me sucked in from the beginning. The characters are great and well developed. You learn something new about each person's back story and it gives you more insight as to who they are and how they are all connected. I can't wait to start on the next one!

Loved this 3rd book in The Naturals series and I love Jennifer Lynn Barnes' writing. It is suspenseful, psychologically thrilling and disturbing and the teens in this series just keep getting better as the reader gets to know them more with each book. As the teens profile a series of serial killings in Las Vegas, they uncover so much more than the FBI ever thought was involved in the case. Also Cassie's mother's remains are discovered and this adds another layer to Cassie's anxiety but also reminds her that these teens are her friends and "home" which means everything to Cassie. Also Sloane who finds patterns in numbers is really helpful with Fibonacci spirals and patterns. Sloane also meets her brother, Aaron (who wants to get to know her) & her father who just wants her gone from his sight and his casino. I am really looking forward to #4 but I am also going to read her new book in a series, The Fixer. All these mysteries will be discussed 4/26 in a twitter chat #yearofya at 8PM EST. This was the hardest of the series for me to get through. The first two books I couldn’t put down & completed in days. This one took me a couple weeks. Similar set up as the previous two books.I am glad the I read it so I knew how the book played out, but it was a very slow read. I still will start the 4th!

My daughter loved all of the twists and turns in this book.

Received the book on time but a few of the corners of the pages are torn. I would be fine with it but since it is a gift I’m a little disappointed.

While I wasn't particularly drawn to the plot and its intricate theories this time, mainly due to my own struggle with numbers, it made it a bit challenging for me to fully grasp the puzzle of identifying the killer. Nevertheless, the author skillfully unraveled more clues about the killer's identity step by step, allowing me to savor the entire journey. Many long-awaited questions were finally answered, particularly those lingering from the first book. The revelation at the end left me genuinely stunned. Now, everything falls into place, the connections with her mother, the cult, and the serial killers, all carefully building up with each successive book. Jennifer is a mastermind in constructing these enigmas. I eagerly anticipate the final book in the series, as I crave more answers.Jennifer has a unique ability to make me feel like I’m part of the Naturals group as I delve into these books. With each new installment, it's as though we're getting to know each member of the group on a deeper level. Exploring Sloan's background and the revelations in 'All In' made me appreciate her character even more. This was a crucial step in establishing a stronger connection with her character, realizing that she's not just a genius mind but an essential part of the team rather than a mere side character. The character development in books two and three is spot-on, fostering a genuine bond with the characters. I'm delighted that Cassie has found her 'home,' a place where she truly belongs and has a sense of family. I'm eagerly anticipating delving into Michael and Lia's backgrounds in the upcoming book, and I'm also hoping to see more development in Dean and Cassie's relationship.

This series gets better and better as it goes. I personally wouldn’t recommend reading it close to bedtime, but otherwise it’s so great. There’s been so much careful thought out into the series. Now that we’re on book three the characters feel much more fully fleshed our than before. I find it rare for a “middle book” to be so strong.
